Free Music with Internet Radio

As technology continues to evolve, music of all varieties is becoming easier to access. Whether you are at work or at home, free music is available to anyone with internet access. From country to rock, gospel to rap, there is a station available anywhere online to accommodate each individual’s personal music tastes. What’s even better is the majority of these internet radios are free. These services tend to be customizable and may even lead you to find artists, stations, and songs that appear to be of similar taste to what you have previously listened to. Beyond music, these stations also air sports, talk shows, and a wide variety of other things normal radios cannot provide. Many sites are now also offering a music history selection for those looking to find more information about the music that is being played.

Free internet radioisn’t the first radio to broadcast online radio shows; however, they do tend to have a wider range of shows available to meet many different tastes. Even classic radio shows are able to be archived and relived or newly listened to for people of all ages. Such examples include “The Lone Ranger”, broadcast form 1933-1956, “Amos ‘n’ Andy”, aired from 1928-1960, and “Sherlock Holmes”, which was broadcasted from 1930-1956. If you are more politically minded, debate is found in the many political radio talk shows aired online. These include popular personalities such as Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Back. More radio shows including famous personalities that are aired online include the controversial Howard Stern and the helpful Dr. Drew.
